Our practice is led by Dr. Lynne Cataldo, a board-certified pediatric dentist and diplomate in American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, and Dr. Robertzon (Rob) Guloy, a board-certified orthodontist and diplomate in American Board of Orthodontics. As a husband-and-wife team, they bring a unique, family-centered approach to dentistry, providing coordinated care for children, teens, and adults in one convenient location.

Both doctors have achieved board certification and diplomate status in their respective specialties credentials that represent the highest level of training, clinical excellence, and commitment to patient care. This distinction is relatively uncommon, with only a select number of specialists nationwide holding these credentials, and even fewer practices in the Pinellas County area offering dual-specialty care led by board-certified diplomates in both pediatric dentistry and orthodontics.

We offer a full range of services, including preventive pediatric dentistry, restorative treatments, sedation dentistry, and orthodontic care for children, teens, and adults. Treatment options include traditional metal braces, clear braces, and clear aligners—customized to fit each patient’s smile goals.

PREVENTIVE DENTISTRY

We recommend routine dental cleanings for several reasons. When we perform a professional cleaning, we remove the buildup of plaque and hard deposits. We clean the parts of your child’s teeth that are hard to reach, such as underneath the gums.

ORTHODONTICS

The earlier we detect problems with your bite, the easier they are to fix. We may not need to keep braces on your child for as long when they are younger. For teens and adults, there are variety of choices of braces to straighten their teeth such as clear alginers, clear braces or metal braces.

Orthodontics FAQs

How far is your office from Clearwater?

Our office is at 5745 Park Blvd in Pinellas Park, a straightforward drive south of Clearwater — with parking on site.

At what age should my child first see an orthodontist?

By age 7, according to the American Association of Orthodontists. At that age we can spot bite and jaw-growth problems while your child is still developing, even though most baby teeth are still present. In many cases the outcome is simply monitoring rather than starting treatment.

Do you offer both braces and clear aligners?

Yes. We provide metal braces, clear ceramic braces, LightForce 3D printed brackets, and clear aligners including Invisalign and Invisalign Teen. At your consultation we walk through which options suit your child’s specific bite and why.

Do you take my insurance?

We accept all major PPO dental insurances and verify benefits before your appointment — including Aetna, Cigna, Delta Dental, MetLife, Guardian, Florida Blue, GEHA, Ameritas, Aflac, United Concordia, United Health, Mutual of Omaha and SunLife. We are in network with most PPO policies and only certain HMO policies, so call us with your plan details.

What if I don’t have dental insurance?

Our GO Smile Savings Plan is an in-house membership plan built for uninsured families, and we offer monthly financing through CareFund with no credit-score impact to apply. Call (727) 698-6684 and we will go over what fits your budget.

Can my child get braces and dental cleanings at the same practice?

Yes — we are a combined pediatric dentistry and orthodontic practice, so cleanings, fillings, and orthodontic treatment all happen in one office with one coordinated team.

How long does orthodontic treatment take?

It depends on the case. Some limited treatments finish in a few months, while comprehensive braces or aligner treatment commonly runs one to two years. You will get a specific estimated timeline at the consultation, not a generic range.
